These terms apply whenever you buy something from imperfectpaws.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

Imperfect Paws sells printed-to-order apparel featuring rescue-dog-inspired designs. You can reach us at info@imperfectpaws.com.

Orders & payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout; we never see your card details. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country — those are your responsibility, not ours.

Production & shipping

Every item is printed to order through our print partner, Printful — nothing is pre-made or kept in stock. That means production typically takes a few days before your order even ships, and delivery times vary depending on where you are. We ship worldwide.

Returns & refunds

Because every item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind. We do make it right if something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — see our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Designs & intellectual property

All designs, artwork, and the Imperfect Paws name are our property. Please don't reproduce or resell them without asking us first.

Our liability

We're a small shop. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any issue with your order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without prejudice to any statutory consumer protection rights you have in your own country of residence.
