Imperfect Paws ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you place an order, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details directly — we never see or store your card number.
We receive your order details (name, shipping address, email, and what you bought) from Stripe so we can fulfill and ship your order.
How we use it
- To produce and ship your order through our print partner, Printful.
- To send you order confirmations and shipping updates.
- To reply if you contact us at info@imperfectpaws.com.
- To keep basic accounting records, as required by law.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Printful — printing and shipping your order. They receive your name and shipping address only.
- Hostinger — hosts this website.
We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
Cookies
This website itself does not set tracking or analytics cookies. When you check out, Stripe's checkout page (on their own domain) may use cookies necessary for processing your payment securely.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@imperfectpaws.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, typically up to 10 years, after which they're deleted.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
