Every Imperfect Paws shirt is printed specifically for you after you order — nothing sits on a shelf waiting to be sold. That's better for the planet and lets us keep a small operation running, but it does mean our return policy works a little differently from a normal shop.

What we can't accept

Because each item is made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like ordering the wrong size or simply changing your mind. Please check our size guide before ordering. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification, which includes printed-to-order apparel.

What we will always fix

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or it's simply not what you ordered, we'll make it right — full replacement or refund, your choice.

How to request one

1. Email info@imperfectpaws.com within 14 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
3. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
